Arroganter Chef und miserabler Service. Dieser Laden ist eine extreme Abzocke. Wir haben 6 Flaschen Wein To go dort gekauft und 5 Gläser geholt. Pro Glas gibt es 5 Euro Pfand. Am Ende des Abends wollten wir die Gläser zurück geben und es wurde von ihnen behauptet es gäbe Pfandmarken. Keine einzige Person in der Schlange davor hat Pfandmarken bekommen! Nach langer Diskussion mit mehreren Beteiligten und unfreundlichen und arroganten Sprüchen des Personals und Chefs hat er irgendwann eingewilligt das Geld doch noch auszuzahlen! Sie denken sie können ihr Portemonnaie dadurch füllen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswerter Laden!

trotz hochwertiger Getränke versucht insbesondere der Chef des Ladens nach vollem Gusto die Gäste abzuzocken. Dabei werden verschiedene Tricks angewandt, um insbesondere während der Restriktionen im Zuge der Corona Phase den Menschen auf unwürdigste Art das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Falsche Pfand Tricks sollen dazu dienen, mehrfach Geld ein zu kassieren, selbst wenn Gäste Getränke für über 100€ gekauft haben. Ich unterstütze jeden Gastrobetrieb, der durch die aktuelle Krise mit Problemen kämpfen muss. Sehr schade, wenn dieses Wohlwollen dann durch miese Pfand Trickserei mittels zuerst nicht ausgegebener Pfandmarken dazu ausgenutzt wird, diese dann ein zu fordern, wenn zuvor 5€ Pfand pro Glas kassiert wurde – allen voran durch den Chef persönlich. Pfandabzocke zum get no.. Ich habe mit Freunden einen sehr netten Abend im Park vor dem Lokal verbracht. An diesem Abend haben wir einige Flaschen Wein und Prosecco der genannten Lokalität bezogen. Dazu gehörte ein Pfand von 5€ pro Weinglas. Bis hierhin kein Problem. Als wir die Gläser jedoch abgeben wollten, wollte man davon nichts wissen. Das Pfand wurde nicht ausgegeben, sondern aufgrund zuvor angeblich ausgegebener Pfandmarken einbehalten. Die Ausgabe der Pfandmarken fand nie statt. Erst nach 20 minütiger Diskussion erbarmte sich der Inhaber (vor dessen Augen die Weine zuvor getestet wurden) dazu, das Pfand widerwillig auszuzahlen.

Mozzarella bar has just nailed it. This cozy place has it all. Located in my most favorite street in Berlin, Auguststraße, where you can find some of the best eats, art works, coffees and ... in Berlin.
The place offers amazing mozzarella, cold cuts, great daily menu including daily pasta, different salads, calamari and ... if you happen to stroll down Auguststraße on a sunny day and you are among the lucky ones to find a sitting outside, definitely don't miss the opportunity and sit there for an amazing lunch/ a glass of wine or Aperol Spritz and some amazing food. Although I am also a big fan of inside sitting as well, the rustic decor and the vibe is amazing and super welcoming.
All the food items I have tried, from the mozzarella, the mortadella wrapped with ricotta, the pasta al pomodpro were yelling freshness and amazingness.
Cannot wait to go back...

I wanted to try out this place for a long time, and today I had the opportunity to do so. There were several good things that happened today (I finished an experiment in the lab, I got paid, etc), so I decided to splurge myself for a little bit for lunch. I headed here and sat myself by the window.
I ordered a 250g serving of burrata, paired with grilled seasonal vegetables. I also ordered a cafe latte. Wow, I should say that was the best lunch I have had in a long time.
I should say that I think they have the best mozzarella in town. It definitely beats the mozzarella I get at the farmer's market every Saturday. A serving of burrata costs 10 EUR, which isn't cheap, yet it is worth every bite. They serve it plain, so just grab the salt, pepper, and olive oil and you'll be heading to heaven soon.
They also have other things on the menu, but if they call themselves the Mozzarella Bar, then I don't see why people would order anything but mozzarella here.
Do yourself a favor. Go here, order some mozzarella (they even have tasting options of various kinds), and enjoy your little experience of culinary heaven.

I'd never even heard of a mozzarella bar until a couple of weeks ago - after I found this place I was desperate to try it out. What a great excuse to have a cheese dinner! Nice interior, a few less cheesy options on the standard not mozzarella menu and nice attentive service). The burrata was a perfectly creamy and indulgent treat and I'll be back there for sure to try out more of their dishes.

The food here is like a savory version a decedent dessert! Of course I am speaking of the burrata mozzarella. We were a little confused when we didn't see burrata on the menu, so we asked our server and he came back with a different menu which included the "mozzarella menu." This was confusing. But asking paid off because the silky texture just melting in my mouth was an amazing sensation!
The wine selection is also really nice here. You don't see the generic italian grapes listed, so it is worth asking for a recommendation if you are not familiar with the more nuanced regional varieties.
Sitting outside is also highly recommended!

Good Food but they recently started to put their garbage right in front of their restaurant, so beware that you will enjoy your food with a nice view into garbage bins and developing odors

Such a cool concept for a restaurant. Amazing food. Great staff. I had an amazing mozzarella taster platter. And it was hands down the best mozzarella I've ever had. Go here.

Great Mozzarella Bar in great location. The staff was so friendly, explained everything and when I asked for a certain type of Mozzarella they instantly knew what I was after. I had Burrata Gusto with pomodoro and basilico and it went really well with their olive oil. The cherry tomatoes were outstandingly delicious and a joy to eat.
