Tim Hortons

Today I was at your establishment with a friend on my lunch break, our I.d. was checked and we sat by the fireplace. Hoping to enjoy a coffee, we'll that was a huge disappointment. There was an elderly woman who also came in for lunch and sat at the table by the window across from me. A couple of minutes later a friend of hers came in and sat at her table. Next thing we hear is an employee or manager came flying up to there table asking for vaccinated proof. One lady had it ,the other did not. The employee / manager did not politely ask her to leave , she yelled at her to get out.. The person without proof ask a question and the employee/ manager rudely told her it's all over the news . Yelling at her that she knows better and to get out. The lady left without incident, but that is no way to treat someone, I don't care who it is. I see people come in to use the washroom do they have I.d. Who knows I didn't get a name but we were there at 12:15 today. I feel this employee should be reprimanded for her actions.

Service in the drive through was a bit slow, assuming due to understaffing, as they had a huge help wanted sign at the road. My coffee was a bit bitter...ordered DD so maybe they messed up the sugar. Garbage can at the drive through was an over flowing mess covered with bees. Again, perhaps due to being short staffed.

If I could rate this lower than a 1 star, I would. I have been here on several occasions, always telling myself it can't get any worse than the last time... I was wrong. Today after waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru, with only 3 cars ahead of me, I get home (25 mins away) to discover I got 1 steeped tea made correctly and one what seems like half coffee and half steeped tea. Not quite coffee and definitely not steeped tea! Honestly, I'm curious as to how these employees function in regular life? Like every time it's something. You got my money timmies, but never again. Blah!

Terrible experience...went through drive through and ordered a breakfast sandwich. Paid at the window and after paying for my order they tell me a few minutes later that the croissant that I asked for that sandwich on was unavailable...so already dissatisfied they offer me a bagley replacement which I accepted..after finally receiving the sandwich it was missing the Chipotle sauce I asked for...went inside to resolve the issue. Meanwhile over 15 minutes has already been spent on this matter...after waiting in line to talk to someone about getting it fixed I was treated very poorly and like I was a problem for vomming in and asking for the problem to be fixed...overall Terrible experience that has changed my over all view of Tim Hortons franchise. I will no longer be be a customer to this franchise.
