Zaxby's

By far the worst service I ever had. They messed up my order and then rolled her eyes when I gave it back to her to correct it. They gave me my correct order back and didn't have fries in it I went back through the drive thru to get my fries. She rolled her eyes again and handed me a small box of fries and said that's all they had. They didn't offer any of my money back. I love Zaxby's but I will never go back to the one in Bremen again.

I went through the drive through this evening and got a kickin chicken sandwich meal and the fries they gave me seem like they had been sitting in the fry warmer since they opened up they were old and disgusting. My sandwich barely had any sauce on it! And I don’t know what has happened to this zaxbys in Bremen but over the last month their food has steadily declined in quality I don’t know if they have changed management or or if the managers simply do not care . But I get that meal most times with the new “go big” and they either don’t give me any more fry’s or they give me really old fry’s!!!!

First off I always get good service here and this zaxbys is definitely the most professional... I lost my phone when i left and Kylee was a great help... she went above and beyond as did Allison... they even picked up some of the trash bags and help look for it because I thought I might have thrown it away... kindness goes a long way and with the work force the way it is now it's hard to find good help... I've learned as a small business owner the ones that work harder deserve better pay an raises... thank you all for making my day...

We tried the Cajun deluxe chicken sandwich this time around, and it was great! Then we also got the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, since they're always good, and the kids got the chicken fingers and wings as usual. The sweet tea was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and dining areas were clean. If you got room for dessert the brownies and cookies are good too, but we skipped the dessert this time around since we got grilled food and felt like we were eating healthy for a change and accomplishing something. On that subject, their salads are very good and a large proportion of food for the price
