El Morelia

Went tonight with my husband and 3 kids, for Valentines and it was dead. We just moved to the area in October. We went twice when we moved, had good food but not the best service. Tonight we only went only because the convenience to our home and I am so glad we did. Our waiter, Jeffrey, was excellent, attentive, good personality and was a pleasure. Our service was a 360 compared to a few months ago. We were in and out, pleasantly, in an hour. We will definately be back. Jeffrey, thank you!

We sat and waited for over 20 minutes before we even got acknowledged. Some random girl came over took our order and then disappeared again. Took forever for everyone to get their drinks. When the food came out, everything was completely wrong. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to correct our food. We honestly had no idea who our waitress was. Worst experience and service I’ve ever had in a restaurant.

Food was good. Service was okay, when checks were brought out they were not correct and the waiter put food we ordered on the checks that we did not receive. Our check total did not add up to what we ordered. The waiter said it was correct and didn’t charge us for the items we didn’t receive , when we went up to pay a different person corrected the checks as he did charge us more than what we ordered.

The initial server that we had was nice. She tended to us and kept our table with chips and salsa. There were a few things we wanted that were not available, no biggie. However the waitresses that brought our food out were very rude and were not willing to be helpful. I asked for another bottle of Ketchup for my son and she came back with a bottle that had a drop off Ketchup in it and said that should be enough unless you want a new bottle!?? Why would we not want a new bottle of Ketchup if the old one was out and you don't decide how much Ketchup is enough for the customer. This was our very first time here, we heard good things but after this visit we will not be returning.
