Been today for lunch. Excellent food and very friendly people in charge. Will definitely go again.

We ate in the Mediterraneo today for the first time, I give it 10 out of 10. The service was tops, very friendly owners. Freshly prepared food from their own kitchen, everything is home cooked prepared at the moment of order, they obviously love what they do. We will certainly be returning.
We decided to try here after wandering through Paignton. The reviews looked good so booked in (I'd definitely recommend as only small and a few turned away). We weren't disappointed, 2 boys ordered margarita pizzas, "best in the world", "best I've ever tasted" were their comments and I'd agree! I had the spaghetti calabrese, very nice. Lovely atmosphere, good prices and friendly staff.
We stayed in Paignton for one night and stumbled across this little Italian cafe style restaurant as we were trying to find somewhere to eat late on. We were lucky to get a table. The waitress was great. The food was delightful and we were glad we decided to try it. Such a gem of a place and definitely worth a visit.

Was a gorgeous little place, and food was absolutely superb! Could not fault it, service was also great! Would highly recommend and would certainly visit it again without a doubt!
A very nice place. The atmosphere and ambience are quite nice. It feels quite cosy and homely to eat at this place. We went for dinner and had a spaghetti dish and the parmigiana. The spaghetti was honestly okay. I didn't have much interest in it. The parmigiana onto he other hand was heavenly. It was the most perfect dish ever! We also ordered a pizza, which was very tasty, as well as having nice dough to it. We also had tiramisu and the Italian cheesecake, both of which were very good. Would definitely recommend, though seating is limited, so reservation seems like a good idea.
A real gem on Paignton's Torquay road ( now closed to traffic why? ) Good staff fantastic food and really nice and well priced house wine £16 .if you like Italian food a must
The food was amazing, we came with two young child and the restaurant was very accommodating. My kids were quiet for the first time in years well they cleaned their plates. Highly recommended and I’m just disappointed that I’m not local.
Excellent original Italian food in a tiny and cosy restaurant. We had three different pasta dishes, and they were absolutely on par with the restaurants we know from home (Germany). No surprise, the chefs are Italian. 🇮🇹
Popped in this evening for food and was blown away by the experience. The young lady serving/waiting looked after us well, the starters were tasty & the mains (Diavola pizza & Tagliatelle with courgette & prawns) were absolutely delicious. We couldn't fault any aspect of the meal. Next time we're back in Paignton we'll be back!
absolutely GORGEOUS food and lovely service. really cosy decorations too. i will definitely be going again as it’s a lovely independent restaurant right in the middle of paignton town
