Pizza Vara has always been on our radar to try. Oh my we had at the weekend. Will most definitely be back and using here regularly! only fault would be to much cheese. but I personally don't like alot of cheese and failed to late this known. but thank you for fresh authentic produce!
Not been before but thought we'd try while visiting family. Glad we did. Soo good. Proper pizza. Will defo be going again when in the area.

Tucked away in a sleepy commuter village outside of Kirkcaldy, you’d be forgiven for expecting a run of the mill experience from Pizza Vara. Not so, this is a great pizzeria. Neapolitan style, dough rested for 72 hours, and packed with flavour, you’d be forgiven for thinking you were in an eatery in Glasgow’s West End. Excellent food, fabulous service. Fife’s best pizza place by a country mile.
Efficient service and virtually no waiting time- well within 10 minutes of order placed.

With a one hour wait at the mobile pizzeria I took a recommendation and fired through to Thornton to Pizza Vara.
