Without a doubt, one of the favorite hotels I've stayed while in Berlin! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we were upgraded to the Junior Suite and had a VIP Access amenity in our room (we booked through Expedia). Front desk receptionist a Spaniard/German( sorry I forgot his name) deserves a special thanks. Great location and amazing room. Room excellent on the housekeeping; very close to Subway and train station. This hotel deserves a 5 stars.

This is the best place I have ever stayed. Ever person I dealt with went out of their way to accommodate us. I just can't brag about them enough. They upgraded the room upon arrival, gave us an apartment with a washer and dryer, and waited on us every day! The combination of staff and service was 10 stars! The rooms were perfectly decorated and spotless. It was nice to be able to sit back and relax in our beautiful apartment. SANA Berlin Hotel is located very closely to the subway, car rentals, famous sites, stores, and bus tours. If you don't want to use any of these, they rent bikes 🚴 too. Very convenient for travelers. Our trip to Berlin was fantastic because of the courteous people at SANA.
