Busy, popular with locals & tourists, pre booking is the norm... some outdoor seating, dog friendly, attractively presented, spoilt for choice... Pricey, but value for money, enjoyed our visit, and will visit again if in the area. Took some slices of seriously indulgent cakes away with us. Recommended.
Very nice English tea shop. Good cream tea. Gorgeous interior. Friendly, hardworking owner. Definitely worth a stop to have tea.
Absolutely lovely tearoom with a wonderful interior - love all the quotes around the room and the decor, very cosy. Tea served in lovely fine china mugs and our waitress was very attentive and friendly, as was the owner (Carly I think). Great selection of tea, cakes, scones etc and the victoria sponge was delicious. Will return soon - thank you😊
What a wonderful find. A total gem in the middle of Kent. Have been telling all our friends about it and showing them our photographs of our visit. Great sausage sandwiches made with local butchers' sausages. Lovely tea and hot water on request. One piece of advice - book before you go!! It is very popular. Also, Afternoon Tea needs 24 hours' notice.
Charming tearoom, quirky, colourful, staff friendly & welcoming - lovely cakes, so much choice, definitely worth seeking out & village beautiful for a walk.
Will definitely be returning to try lunch!!
Would advise booking a table in advance during busy times to avoid disappointment.
Tea for one = 5 cups. A wonderful slice of lemon cheesecake and attentive service. What a find. 😁
Great little tea room. We sat outside and had a lovely cream tea. Scones were homemade, warm and delicious. Friendly staff, pretty surroundings and great service
The most beautiful tea rooms I’ve ever visited. An large selection of different sponge cakes. Tea is served with your own tea pot. Everything very floral and colourful. Super friendly service from the ladies there. Perfect for a summer’s afternoon tea.
What a lovely little tea shop. I was recommended by a friend to try this place and it didn't disappoint. Just how you'd like a tea shop to be.
Simply WONDERFUL!!!!
Just one thing, to match the retro surroundings, the waitresses (and this isn't intended to be flippant) should wear frilly linen aprons over their black uniforms as they did back in the 1950(ies). The cleaning lady has my deepest respect, it must take her AGES!!
Keep up the good work. I loved EVERYTHING!!!!!
