Boston Market

Haven't been to one of these in a long time. Now I remember why. First off, dining area was just cleaned prior to our arrival, how thoughtful. Except it looked like a tidal wave came through. Everything was dripping wet. After going through a couple hundred napkins to dry our table and chairs we finally sat down to our meal. Chicken was ok, corn tasted old and their fresh steamed vegetables looked and tasted like they were out of an expired can. Gave them 2 stars, 1 for the ok chicken and 1 for the friendly server.

I made an order online the system accepted my order, it showed my order was being made. When I arrived the store was closed and nobody around. I called the next day and the manager said they close at 9pm. However the website shows 10pm. I was charged a little over $19 manager said she was refunding my money, well that was 2 weeks now and no refund. I didn’t even get an apology just that the store close at 9pm and the system shouldn’t had accepted my order. Not good Boston Market, not good. I’m still very upset especially since I haven’t received a refund for food that I didn’t receive.

It's Time to Say Goodbye to Boston Market. It appears all they sell now is rotisserie chicken and meatloaf. No more ribs no more turkey no more prime rib. Reducing so much from the menu tells me they're not going to be around too much longer. They should update their website to reflect these changes but I will no longer waste my time patronizing them.
