Rosati's Pizza

I would give the young people who work there 5 stars but my online order ticket went missing so they started my order when I got there to pick up. It took an additional 15-20 mins of waiting and I was fine with that. The young lady who had to break the bad news to me was apologetic and straight forward which I appreciated. They also threw in a free appetizer which I thought was fair. Thanks to the hard working young people who took care of me, your hard work does not go unnoticed. BTW we love Rosati’s pizza!

I am usually at Rosati's every other week because my daughter dances next door. The lady that took my order was rude. My pizza was made very sloppy, like I had a lot of crust on 1 side and no crust on the other. It was extremely limited sausage and pepperoni on the pizza. As a regular, I was extremely disappointed in the service and the food. I'll be taking my money elsewhere. I gave it 2 stars because I really did like the food, however yesterday was not a good experience for me across the board.

I ordered 6 pizza's for my son's birthday party and while they were delivered in a reasonable time frame, the order was wrong. I ordered 2 family size cheese, 2 family size sausage, a and 2 family size pepperoni. I recieved 3 family size cheese, 2 family size sausage and 1 family size pepperoni. This was a big problem as most of the kids wanted pepperoni. This has never been a problem in the past. I was highly disappointed in not getting the proper order especially since it cost $200!

I've ordered several time and called about my orders not done correctly, yesterday I placed an order and the calzones were dry and burnt from the bottom. The only thing that was good was the tiramisu they have . I understand about mistakes I worked in the food industry and the food preparation has gone down. I won't be ordering anything else

Before today, I would have given this Rosati's in Munster 5 stars BUT when I placed my oder, picked it up, got home only to find that my sausage pizza, half with pepperoni and half with mushrooms ended up being all sausage I figured any reasonable establishment would offer a refund or re-make. Having been a regular customer for 3 years, I can say that I was unpleasantly surprised that neither happened. I was asked to take pictures and text them which I did. I was told, "There is clearly pepperoni..."...apparently the cheese was clear. Needless to say, this was my LAST order. There are plenty of other pizza joints nearby. Because of this horrible problem resolution issue, if I could give less than 1 star, I certainly would.
