Firehouse Subs

Free birthday sub for members, I asked for a recommendation and the workers just kinda shrugged so I narrowed it down to the club and turkey bacon ranch. The cashier was of no help and the cook said he never tried either one, but probably the turkey bacon ranch, so I went with that. It was good, for free... But the workers should lighten up, smile, and be more informative.

My lady and I ordered 2 medium subs and it took them forever to make them. I asked for no tomatoes and onions but got both on my sub. The two ladies were very unprofessional and one even yawned in my face. No greeting when I came through the door. I also didn't get any mustard and no pickle on the side. I read the other reviews before posting mine. Whoever is responding to the bad reviews must not be following through with giving better service to its customers. It seems like they have had several complaints about the workers and slow service yet it still continues. I really don't see how it's still in business. The subs are about 30% more expensive than subway. Subway has better bread and condiments for your sub and we can also see them making our sub at subway. I won't be back. It was my first and last time at this place. I'm sure to get a response but I bet nothing will change because other people complained also and we are still getting bad service. There are thousands of places to spend our money and I'm sure that I can get better service and better quality food at a cheaper price. You guys need to get you act together. You just lost another customer. My regret is that we spent 14 bucks on 2 lousy subs and got lousy service from the two female servers. I hope the girl who yawned in my face gets some much needed rest. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

My first time at firehouse subs I was treated very rude the service was horrible. The people who worked there totally ignored me kept their backs to me never asked me what I was interested in purchasing, strongly felt that because I was African American I was treated that way I left the restaurant without buying anything and went next door to meatheads where I was made welcome the service was great!!!! Made feel like the color of my skin didn't matter.
