Long John Silver's

Just went through the drive through and paid for a platter of coconut shrimp and fish. Got home and opened it and only has one side, missing the cole slaw and the fries are not cooked all the way. Called numerous times and no one answers the phone and then you're disconnected. This one is usually good so I'm not sure what's going on. I paid for a full meal and got a partial meal. Update! I went back the today and they were very apologetic and replaced my entire meal. They did tell me that next time I need to call in the day of and I told them that I called numerous times but their system kept hanging up in me. They said they will make sure to answer their phones in the future, that there were some issues yesterday. I raised stars from 1 to 4.

The “manager” is just ranting and raving that on line orders are insane. I am hearing cursing coming from her and she is speaking very snippy to the drive thru customers. I understand everyone is short staffed but there is a level of professionalism that you should keep while in food service and there are customers in the dining room. You should not be cursing screaming and slamming stuff around. By the way I ordered 30 minutes ago and I’m still waiting for my food. If you don’t have the staff, close the dining room, cut off on line orders or something.

Food was decent..ordered online and went through drive thru to pick up. Had asked for cocktail, tater, and malt vinegar for our platters. Well I should've checked because we had 3 malt vinegar to split and no other sauce. We had just moved to the area so didn't have anything else to use in the house. Think orders are wrong half the time when you go through drive thru anyway. I will give them another shot in the near future.

This had to be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. There was not one clean surface in the place. Could barely wash my hands because of broken faucet. 😪 My wife's legs were sticking to the seat. If that wasn't bad enough I was offered tartar sauce from a pump, no thanks I don't need food poisoning. Sad .... All of the staff were outside smoking 🚬 when I was leaving. 12 o'clock noon and there clothes were filthy smh...

There are just a few Long John Silver's left in the fish food industry. So when I seen this restaurant I kinda got happy and decided to patronize this restaurant. But I could have saved that money. I ordered a #number 5 meal. Two fish planks and three side dish. That's 2 fish n double the hush puppy and a coleslaw. I also added on for $2.09 a crabcake onto my meal. That crab-cake (the size was smaller then a golfball) Just those few items were barely able to full my dinner box even w/ the crumbles they threw in as an extra. The Cashier give me one cocktail sauce for my food. I spent about $10.70 on that take out meal.
