Taco Bell

Food was good. Drive thru lady was kind of short. Took our payment, handed us food, and didn't say anything so we weren't sure if that was everything or if we were supposed to wait. Normally they would say have a good day, or something along those lines, rather than just hand you food and shut the window. Other than that, it was good, we would still stop again.

Slow as hell. Ordered mobile and 30 minutes later, still no food. Was told by a female employee it'll be right out and she went away and scrambled to do other things like wipe tables and replace napkins in the dining area without even assisting the back. Didn't even get an apology. Also, 2 male & 1 female food makers in the back were cussin and talkin about personal stuff as if customers can't hear them a few feet away. So incompetent and unprofessional. Also, the food prep station was nasty and I witnessed them not changin gloves after touchin trays, food and wrappers. Only after touchin everything did i see one guy change gloves. The other guy had an injured hand and wasn't operating at his max. He still managed to touch a tortilla with his injured hand but used one hand for everything else. Ridiculous..i know you guys are busy but get the basics right and get additional help in the store.
