absolutely horrible. i ordered a buffalo chicken mac and cheese and waited 15 minutes for my order, after it was very clear i wasn’t getting my food, i walked up and asked. that’s when they decided to tell me they didn’t have buffalo chicken which i’m guessing they weren’t going to tell me since i had to go up to find out. after a horrible attitude and snarky remarks, i finally got my food after another 15 minutes of waiting. my food came without the main part of it- the buffalo chicken. don’t go here. Also, barely any buffalo sauce whatsoever.

Wow, so not worth it. Ordered the small Zucchini Pesto w/ chicken breast. Cost $11.77. Portion was okay, but price extremely high. And there are supposed to be mushrooms and tomatoes. Only had 3 pieces, only parts of a mushroom and 9 small chuncks of tomatoe. The pieces would not even amount to one whole slice of a tomatoe. Needless to say, I will never return. Staff was friendly, but did more talking with each other than working to get orders to the customers. One person in the dining area and it took 7 minutes from the time I ordered for it to be completed. While other 5 other orders, from drive thru is my guess, were ready before mine. 👎👎

Giving a two because I liked the flavor of the Pad Thai dish, although I find it hard to be authentic. Also because during Covid times, this business is taking all the precautions from what I saw. If you are looking for authentic, I wouldn't go here. I know Korean, cause I am, and this is not it! Ordered the Asian family meal to try all the dishes. Comes with pad Thai, BBQ Korean meatballs(5), pot stickers(6 with dipping soy sauce), Japanese udon, Korean beef noodles with gochujang, and orange chicken noodles. For the most part, you get very little meat, the chicken was dry, noodles were dry, and veggies are very small and thin. I would rather go to a regular Chinese restaurant than this. I was expecting quality, and I'm not sure I got my 40 worth in that. Bowls are filled to that line in the bowl.

Not a fan!! pot stickers were flatten like pancakes,and flavor was bland, who does that??? I paid for extra veggies on my noodles and got zero. The Mac and cheese was hard and the portion size was not even enough to feed my 2 year old. Not sure I'll choose this as my dining option for next time. The server was nice tho..

I can describe my experience at Noodles & Company with one word disturbing! I ordered 4 bowls of chicken noodle soup and I had to wait over 40 minutes to receive it. The girl at the front desk was joking and laughing with the rest of the staff the entire time. The food was excellent but the customer service terrible
