Wendy's

This is an outstanding idea that Wendy's has done about their quality of fries. The actual idea of of guaranteeing that you're going to get quality fries hot. The way they should be. This is what you should expect as a customer a quality hot product And if it's not right you make it right guaranteed. This is the kind of concept that I would like to see every fast food or restaurant establishment. No more cheap garbage only quality product. Wendy's well done!

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food, but this is probably the worst Wendy’s in the Chicagoland area. Not only do I eat Wendy’s but I deliver it for DoorDash and Grubhub. Tonight I went into the dining room to pick up an order. I was already a few minutes late to the pickup. Not only did they refuse to hand me the order in the dining room, they made me get in a line that was 10 cars long in drive through. If Wendy’s needs revenue from the apps THEY CERTAINLY DON’T SHOW IT WITH THEIR EXECUTION. Letting a remote order sit and get cold while the driver burns expensive gas in drive through is despicable. I will need a new favorite fast food place. I definitely won’t return to this store!

Terrible service! No acknowledgement was given to us and an employee was ordering food to the cashier and playing on cell phone joking around with each other while we stand waiting to order...cant believe this!!!! So we left for across the street to "Boston Market" for our dinner & spent our money on a awesome meal with great work staff and courtesy from them with a friendly HELLO😊 I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS WENDY'S EVER AGAIN! LOST OUR BUSINESS FOR SURE👍

Awful…they are always hit or miss, but this last time the just flat out went out of their way to mess up. I ordered a Big Bacon Classic, I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. I ordered large fries, I got small fries. I ordered a 10pc regular chicken nugget with sweet & sour sauce, I got a 4pc spicy chicken nugget with BBQ sauce. I know that I’m a hungry fat kid, but I expect to get what I paid for. This just sealed their fate with me. Never going back to this terrible Wendy’s ever again.

Line was long in the drive thru so I went in. There was also a line on the inside. The people on the front line seemed overwhelmed. The food was ok. I got a 5 for 5 and it was not hot. It was almost cold. I thought u were supposed to get hot fries from here but I didn't. They also didn't put mayo on my sandwich as I requested. Overall this experience was just ok.
