My food on my last visit wasn't like the usual. My vegetables was as fresh looking as before. It was my 1st time calling my order in than picking it up. Usually I order when I get there and my food is perfect. I find that is much better. The staff is always nice and if you want extra sweet& sour or soy sauce packages you have to pay extra.

I used to love going here when I moved in the area almost 3 years ago.. I had to stop going here because for one the food doesn’t taste the same and two the lady who I’m assuming to be the owner who was nice at first turned out to be a really nasty person.. yelling at me and hanging up the phone one me several times when trying to place an order over the phone for a lunch special but because it wasn’t gonna be till after 3 when I picked it up she went ballistic on me.. I most definitely won’t be going back! Bad business and when food is horrible 🤢

The worst place I’ve ever been to. First the place is beyond unsanitary, they have rats, and bugs everywhere. As I was ordering, I showed the guy a picture on their menu of what I wanted and they got my order completely wrong. When I explained that this is not it, he apologized & said he thought I meant something else. Then the lady cook yelled at me and said she will call the police because I either have to pay extra because they don’t give refunds. PLEASE DO NOT EAT THERE and be very careful of her unprofessional attitude.

I ordered a small shrimp fried rice and a large egg foo young. When I got home I noticed there was only 3 patties in the large. As long as I have ate this dish a large always have 4 patties. I thought maybe it was a human error but later called to confirm and in fact its 3. I won't be coming back. Doesnt make sense to to have the same price as other restaurants that charge 4 also the chinese food wasn't that great either.

I ordered orange chicken and this stuff was hard almost like it was freezer burned and tasted burnt! I very rarely leave reviews and I will almost never bad mouth a business but this stuff was bad especially for the price you pay for this food! I don’t know what happened to this place but the food is no where near what it used to be!

If I could leave zero stars I would. My work ordered from them today and the meat was so tough that we could barely eat it! Some pieces weren’t even cooked all the way. When we called to get a refund or a replacement the manager yelled at us and said she wasn’t giving any refund because “the meat is fine.” We will be getting Chinese from down the street at fortune house since the manager can’t admit that she serves disgusting garbage for food. Major disappointment.

I used to LOVE this place but something changed in the last couple of months. They don't answer the phone when you call anymore and keep irregular hours. I got veggie rice and the broccoli was soggy which made the rice gross and runny and then another time I ordered an egg roll and the 'mush' that was inside tasted like something I'd smelled that smelled bad lol if that makes sense. Customer service is meh but idc about that, for quality is the reason for 1 star.

Update 1 out of 5 I was scared for my life when I walked in the building and I seen people in the back screaming in the back screaming and shouting in Chinese. After I gave my order they took 20 to even look at my ticket before the fighting stopped was about to leave when a lady in the back came out I think hiding the fact she was crying in the back she ended up being the delivery girl I'm assuming. I have to tell you I wouldn't normally stay but I gave them a chance it's one of my favorite Chinese places. I definitely think they lost a lot of business tonight for being incredibly unprofessional. The only good thing and experience I had this day was the nice white girl that took my order she was very polite. 5 out of 5 Very delicious Chinese food, love this place definitely one of the best in town if you are doing a carry out.
