When my sandwich was ready the line worker placed it on the counter. I asked another worker for a bag and extra napkins as I guess I was suppose to pick it up without being bagged. The worker placed napkins in the bag, but not my sandwich. I stood there for a second realizing he had no intentions on bagging my sandwich. I bagged my own sandwich and walked out. Once I looked at my receipts I noticed it said EZ mayo, sauce and oregano. I asked for extra mayo, sauce and oregano. Bagging my own order and not having the order correct was a horrible experience.

I wish I could give zero stars! Mike Daly, the general manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I just spoke with him at 3:30 pm about an error on my Giant #16 sandwich. He hung up on me because he couldn’t answer my question and then blamed it on a phone issue. When I called back he acted as if he couldn’t remember the conversation we just had. My sandwich was not made correctly. I did not notice until I opened it later in the day when I was preparing my lunch for work. He even had the audacity to ask me what type of work I do, which was not warranted. A simple problem that could have been handled professionally has now escalated into a bigger problem. When I asked for corporate numbers he got smug and said “sure” then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t find it. I am disgusted at his actions and seriously doubt I will continue to be a customer if this type of treatment continues. The respect and politeness I gave him was NOT reciprocated. I will be certain to make others aware of this locations general managers unprofessionalism.

No integrity! Yes I waited about an hour for my food. I was understanding. Then they took it to the wrong house fine it happens. I called to check on my order and they had the nerve to tell me they would go to the wrong house and pickup my order and bring it to me! Excuse me! You want to bring me food that someone else went through! I left instructions on where exactly to leave my order. And they had the nerve to tell me the other address had the same setup! So I went to the house they said they delivered, they didn’t have the same area to drop off food. Don’t lie and then try to make it my fault. I was understandable that mistakes happen I even went to pick up my order in person. My order was over $50 I asked for nothing but to take off the delivery fee and they made a big deal about that! I asked for manager/corporate info and they didn’t have it! Really!? If you are going to be trusted to make food for the public then have some integrity!

So unprofessional of the general manager and the other manager in treating the poor guy on the register today, 9-14-202. I was enjoying my lunch and I witness how they talked to him and treated him. The cashier was so nice and professional he was such a sweetheart and for them to yell at him was not professional at all.. i felt so bad for him. Today was my second time time I have been there and both times I have had bad experiences. The first time I was there was in March of 2021, the kids making the sandwiches were playing around and touching thier heads with gloves and then tried to make my sandwich and asked to please change his gloves, he looked at me and rolled his eyes and gave me a dirty look. He finally changed his gloves and he didn't look so happy to make my sandwich. How rude !!!

I work near this Jimmy John's and have only ordered from there 2 times. Both times I've had to call after approx. 45 minutes to see where my food delivery was. Both times I was told essentially that "The driver just left with my food" and "Sorry we are a little backed up today". Seems like you are "backed up" every time I order, it might be time to invest in more help or change your slogan "Freaky Fast".
