Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst dining experience ever. Will never go back to the Chipotle 8201 on Calumet Ave in Munster, IN. Placed order online for 7:00pm, food received at 7:30pm. The three workers stopped the regular line just to get the online orders done. One worker went to the bathrooms three times with mega cleaning equipment and no gloves. By the time we got home, taking five minutes exactly, as you see, the dish was soaked through with water from the carnitas that was not even thawed the water was so high it was disintegrating the cheese. When we were leaving, all of a sudden there twelve workers behind the counter some without gloves. Please still eat Chipotle just not at this disgusting location. If I could give negative stars, I would!

This is what Kayla the so called manager thought it was okay to serve to me. She refused to correct the bowl and said to request a refund online. I received my refund but I will not be returning to this location. Items were missing from the bowl and it looked like someone ate half and tossed it around the room. It doesn't take much to be kind and have good customer service but I guess that wasn't on sale today.

The food is good but you’ll wait in line an average 40 minutes. Too many orders to fill and never enough employees. There always short staff and need to reopen the online order section behind the cash register. I personally walked out six times (and seen others walk out) after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Ordering ahead doesn’t help because your food is cold, They could make so much more money if they hire more employees.

I really understand why they don't make a separate line for online orders. I get it... the online orders have been paid BUT wouldn't it make sense to have workers that only make the online orders while the other workers take care of the people standing in front of them. I literally stood in line for 30 minutes watching them make online orders... I could have ordered online and got faster service but if I'm already in the restaurant why would

Freezing air blasting while it’s cold out literally it’s a blizzard in this place who can stand in line for 20-60 min freezing like this !!!!!!! The slowest service they will do 5 online orders before taking care of the customers in the store. Employees or the manager don’t care. Out of items, black guacamole, food smeared all over the counters. They couldn’t care less!!!

It was my first time ever going to Chipotle. I loved the food. But the young lady that was working the counter with the taco shells, rice, tortillas and meat had a very nasty attitude. She was slapping the food on the tacos and the burrito bowls. I almost didn't get it because of her. I don't think I will go back there and buy anything if she's there. Someone needs to talk to her.
