Dairy Queen

At 5 pm on a rainy Saturday following a pre mother's day outing we decided to stop for ice cream. Upon arrival we quickly learn that the reason for the extremely long line was that dining room was closed. I decided to tough it out and wait although the others in our party left to patronize another local business. When I reached the window I saw a total of 5 employees inside. I am not sure how many people running a DQ requires but 5 people working a drive through ice cream spot with 1 on register and 1 bagging while 3 conversed seemed wasteful. The window employee was pleasant and our ice cream was quickly prepared. We'll try to visit again and hopefully they are fully open.

They leave delivery food out to get cold behind the register. Then they ignore you when you are under their "mobile pickup" sign. I would never order from this restaurant again. Also, the cashier was RUDE. edit: the Dairy Queen team told me to follow their link and submit a complaint. It has been a month and I have not heard back from them.

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE TRASH IN YOUR FOOD. (REFER TO PICTURES) -- I Ordered 20 minutes ahead of time. Stood next to the "mobile orders" sign for 30 minutes and the girl behind the register never bothered to even make eye contact. She brought out 3 mobile orders without even acknowledging my presence. Our order sat behind her the entire time. When finally asked she immediately started to yell and become aggravated. The manager "Caitlyn" had to come out and remake the food. Caitlyn never even apologized for her coworkers unprofessionalism or remedied the situation in any way. On top of all this, the food was found to have bits of trash in it.

Was dying for some ice cream but this place was packed with folks when we first drove by. But after driving 15 mins away from it, we finally drove back to this location and was kinda surprised at how fast the line was actually moving. We waited for about 10-15 mins before we ordered and then another 10 mins before getting our order. We asked for dine in even though they bagged our order to go (suspicious!). It was worthwhile and delicious!! I made a mobile order which was ready about 10 mins after we were done with our order. Service was kinda meh 😕 as it felt a little uncomfortable interacting with the staff.
