Was looking for frozen yogurt today so, I Googled the closest frozen yogurt place near my vicinity and came up with Froyo's. It's a small quaint place with nice prices and a good variety of frozen yogurt and ice cream. I had a french vanilla frozen yogurt strawberry sundae and topped with nuts (it was grand). We were welcomed by a very friendly cashier and the service was expeditious. If you're in the Munster, Indiana area 8207 Calumet Avenue check them out you'll be glad you did. Thanks Froyo's

I love their Froyo! Best in town/ the area I live in! They have multiple different flavors. It tastes just like ice cream but without all the complications ice cream (dairy) brings. lol (Lactose intolerant ppl know what I mean). They have the 💣 diggity fresh fruit Smoothies ever! Best ones are strawberry/bananas(3), Wild Berry(2), & then the Blueberry Pomegranate(1).

Horrible customer service. My server was a Tall plus sized Caucasian white girl, she was very rude to me, she gave attitude for no reason. She was yelling really loudly talking to someone not sure if she was on the phone or talking to someone else in the back. Made my order wrong too, walked out didn’t even say anything to her. I called the manager she sounded like a white old lady, very bitter old lady was NOT apologetic about my order at all. HORRIBLE.

Pretty bummed, went at 9:40pm to pick up froyo and the open neon sign was still, the doors were open, and their door says open until 10 but a worker said they were closed when they clearly were just trying to get out early. I understand closing early if it’s slow but lock the doors and turn off your open sign at least…

Took my brother here for the first time. He had never had frozen yogurt before. It was definitely a hit. This place is great for a cold confectionery. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Went today and the employee was nice but slow. Only two people in front of us with small orders.1st customer had two small sundaes and the second had two shakes and it took 15 minutes. 2 weeks prior we went and the same thing, SLOW. We love Froyo but not sure if we will go back since it's a 25 minute drive from our home and then a long wait to get a tasty treat.

Been going for years , now I'll just go to DQ. Girls always on their phones, stood in line 10 mins before I was asked if I needed help. Came in today and customer didn't have a mask on and I have COPD. So different since the place was sold . And they cant even make a milk shake correctly. Such horrible service.
