Red Lobster

We had A Party Of 7 4 adults 3 kids,We Told them The host put up a finger to say give me one minute,Next thing I know it’s all of a sudden A 45 minute wait when they close at 10 place was empty seen 4/5 servers walking around!! I ask for corporate number manager told me she all of a sudden didn’t Have it or know it We was racially profile because as more customers begin to enter they were White and there was 4 and seated immediately !!! I won’t be attending if your kids are hungry after having fun PLEASE DONT COME UNLESS U HAVE THE SKIN TONE IF THEM

We went early in afternoon on a Sunday and the wait was only about 10 minutes. They were able to accommodate a wheelchair comfortably. The server was pleasant but since she wrote nothing down, of course our order was not correct on several items. The food was semi chill, not hot like normally it would be. The cod was a really nice piece, but it had a very salty breading, just like the shrimps. We were never offered refills on soda and I had to ask for extra cheddar biscuits. I was overcharged for an item on my receipt and instead of taking the extra 6.00 off, she could only take 4.00 from a coupon they had. I packed up our food and went home. This Red Lobster USED to be very good, but not so much anymore.

Everything was perfect because we had the greatest server Rob! The guest need to tip better there. My husband and I saw many guests running out of the restaurant because they didn't tip which is saddening. Don't ask for Rob unless you tip at least 20% . He doesn't deserve to be robbed of his great service!

After waiting for over an hour because we had no reservations, the waitress who seemed pleasant and capable at first disappeared for over an hour after taking our orders. Finally I asked for the manager who suddenly appeared with our food. However, the check was calculated incorrectly and we never were informed about the delay in receiving our food. Also, the person who initially took the order reappears with no explanation and and an attitude.
