Mishkenut Mediterranean Cuisine

Food was excellent. After living in the Middle East for 9 years, this is a great place to eat traditional food from that region. I was impressed. Falafel was some of the best I had ever eaten. Very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with good flavor. Hummus is so good, we got some to take home. Beef and chicken was we flavorful and moist. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the food. The lady who was there was truly great. Love her personality. There was a wait which we didn't mind. Food is cooked-to-order & she was the only one there. We read the reviews and thought it would've been long & dreadful. My only recommendation for her would be to create some type of dipping sauce for the appetizers. As I was eating them, I wanted something garlicky, something spicy/smoky, something mildly sweet. Felt that would bring it the natural flavors of the food. Will definitely go again to try other stuff. Oh, I had the eggplant wrap. Suggestion to customer: ask for extra sauce. Not sure what it's called but just get extra😅...extra-extra. Also took my sister an eggplant wrap to go.

What a fantastic place! Picture doesn’t do it justice, but I was too excited to eat. Amazing food for a great price. We were on a road trip and didn’t want to stop at a fast food and found this alternative instead. Such a great find! Healthy and delicious, but also ‘true’ to Mediterranean food which is hard to find

Excellent food. The proprietor was working alone when I visited so the food took a bit to come out, but it was worth the wait! The beef kabob was extremely tender, seasoned perfectly, and cooked just right. The rice was also seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend, just cut them some slack until they get more employees!

Love Love Love this restaurant! I live an hour away near Chicago, but when in town (at Thornton Fractional South for high school competitions) we look forward to eating here for delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Falafel, salmon, shrimp and hummus are perfect! The server is your chef! Such a warm, friendly and cozy feel.
