Three Floyds Brewpub

Fun to finally get to visit this place. I with they had a tap room or served beer on site. They had a nice gift shop and you could buy carry out. The beer is great, but a bit over-priced relative to the great beer available at other great breweries. You pay for the reputation, but it's a nice splurge once in a while.

I have only received 3 Floyd's through beer trades and I have always wanted to make the pilgrimage to the brewery. Unfortunately I had a very small window of when I would be in the area and it didn't fall within their normal hours. I called the day before placing my online order and they seriously helped me out. Their accommodation was world class. Amazing product, even more awesome team behind the brand!

3 Floyds has some fantastic beers/drinks and excellent food, some of which are unlike anything I've ever had. Their bourbon barrel aged Moloko is absolutely phenomenal, and their Daytona Stinger mojito sour is... intense (very good, just... intense!). The food is delicious as well, when the restaurant is open, which it is not currently due to covid. We tried the pizza and cheese curds, both with the amazing pickled veggies on them!

Still the Center of the Known Brewing Universe and one of the top fifty breweries nationally ... a must visit of the brewery to earn ones chops and learn about hops (sorry). No hiding on the tour of the unique hops, bottling line and thereby the quality of so many favorite pours. Personal favorite now in a can like Alpha King. And even better after the visit try the kitchen and plan visiting next door the distillery.

Cool Vibe, prompt service, creative cocktails (at the distillery), and brewpub exclusive beers... Awesome!! Pro tip: you can join the wait-list for a table (45 mins to 1hr+ wait) on Yelp... Do that ahead of time! They do not allow you to drink in the bar area without being seated and you can NOT drink in the parking lot. If you don't need to sit and just need to grab beers to go, check the beers to go counter!

Beer, Gastronomical Food and...Death Metal!!!! I stopped into 3 Floyds last year after hearing about it numerous times from colleagues in Northern Indiana. I first went there during the day to scout it out for a business dinner, it just happened to be quieter while I was there. As luck would have it, I met Dave at the bottle shop. He let me know that Bend Both Knees APA was being taken out of rotation so I was able to get a few bottles of that and LazerSnake. I came back later to have dinner, and what a change when the bar is full. The music is non-stop mind-numbing Death Metal and it's cranked, so be wary if that not your cup of tea. Its a good thing this is a brewpub since when people have a few beers in them they tend to speak louder. After a while, the music really isn't an issue. We were served by the lovely girl you wanna take home to meet the family, Morgan a Goth Goddess. She was funny cool and a great server who took very good care of us, and helped our table with the food offerings. My choices that night were The Elote or Mexican Style corn, the insanely good burnt ends, and the phenomenally tender smoked Pork loin. I can't even remember what beers I had but since I wasn't driving, I went for flavour and strength with my selections. The Elote was a great little refreshing dish, the burnt ends were well, burnt, but only slightly on the outside for flavour, and the smoked Pork lion was perfect, as it is lean meat, but slowly simmered so as to keep the moisture intact. Three Floyds is legendary, and I'm kicking myself for not going sooner. I've been to a few of the local brewpubs and they all have their uniqueness. I do recommend the beer and the food and be wary, it's loud at dinner but that doesn't stop the place from being packed.
