Poor Attitude and Lack of Caring or lack of Management, I really could not tell you. Went through drive through and ordered Chicken Nuggets and Fries and Hot Mustard Sauce.
Went straight home. Got in the house to find a bad Hot Mustard that was opened and mostly dried out in my Bag of Food and it smelled Sour. Threw it all away. Not one person can tell me that the employee who put it in the bag did not know it was open before they put it in. This is the irresponsible kind of mess I am not taking any more. Chicken Nuggets where Dry and the Fries were the Only thing that was good. This is not the first time food has been dry. I know food is only supposed to sit for a certain amount of time and then be tossed or stored away. Chicken products used to be only 10 minutes tops. So I don't know what y'all are doing these days but it sucks. It's not just McDonalds it is other fast food establishments as well.

The poor attitude and care shown from the drive-through operator really set the mood of the whole experience. Furthermore after dealing with this asking specifically for specialty items or specialty made items like a daunting task for them to fulfill or so it seemed according to the lack of concern or care of the customers needs by the operator as well. If you're going over the order third time pulling up to the window two different people came to the window basically shove that order in the vehicle and closed the window but it only gets better after pulling out I realized I was missing not one not two but three orders of fries which constituted 1/3 of my total order going back in the store the customer service or the lack thereof was diminished even more they had me wait almost 15 minutes for an order that was supposedly picked up through the drive-thru.

I only go to McDonald's for coffee but this location is great. They actually have polite people working there. I gave up fast food a long time ago. This place has the best employees not sure how they do it.

First off my app wouldn't load. Gave up on that. Then I went to order at the counter, someone else apparently, had ordered similar food so the employee Amanda insisted THAT was my food (I hadn't even ordered yet) She wanted to give me that food which had been sitting on the counter. I asked for fresh nuggets for the Happy Meal and she actually refused. Eventually the person who had actually ordered the food came in looking for his order and had to wait.
They Happy Meal was fine my 20 piece was cold and had a whole whopping 2 sauces. I knew I should have gone to Chic-fil-A.

Wenyon I believe her name was, she makes this store hands down...#1 the best. I messed up and had unknown that she was going to go through the trouble she did I wouldn't have said anything because I'm known for accidentally putting the wrong items on the app. She was just as pleasant kind patient and professional as you can be.. she was looking as beautiful as I'll get out too. You couldn't ask for a better face at the front of a McDonald's like the go getter her like she is. God bless you baby doll and thank you for one of the best experiences I've ever had. Did I mention that I felt she genuinely cared and was happy to be there and to help me out? Okay I'm done I could go on for days about her

Drive through on a Sunday morning took 25 minutes, and my order was mostly wrong and not edible. I ordered a large black coffee, a hash brown and a tap water. I was charged for the tap water, but got a sprite instead. My coffee was good, but only filled two-thirds full. The hash browns were mangled and appeared to have been reheated in the fryer. Will not be going back to this location.

Pit stop, just black coffee...miles to go yet. McDonald's was busy, inside and drive through! Clean bathrooms , friendly service at counter; line served quickly. 5 Stars from me!

Rude people working the drive through! You’ll be in the middle of ordering and after every item you say they’ll interrupt you so rudely and say WHAT ELSE. Can I get a large t..WHAT ELSE a medium fr..WHAT ELSE and a biscu…IS THAT ALL y..PULL FORWARD. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes and that’s okay. I am a very patient person! But there was no “sorry for your wait what can I get you” no. They were short and rude and I didn’t quite appreciate it. I had my windows down and they were doing this to everyone! They need to learn some patience and let people finish speaking before they interrupt and they need to learn good customer service!
