Stopped in for late lunch with my adult son on our trip home to Birmingham from Atlanta.
I was assisted by Dawn who graciously helped me navigate my questions regarding the menu.
The food was on target for what we expected & the surroundings were neat and clean.
Another encounter with Dawn as she was cleaning, clearly distinguished this experience from just a 'stop off' along the way.
Her caring manner made the visit memorable🌻

Food was served quickly (not fast), sandwich was fresh. They were out of bulk condiments for the most part but had packets. Fry's tasted so stale I couldnt eat them.

We got 2 number 1s , we came in @9pm only 2 workers seemed to be there . The guy taking our order was really friendly and helpful, second guy was cleaning the lobby. They got our order up sandwiches was really good, but the fries was almost cold. We didn't say anything because the young man seemed tired. And the other was cleaning. When we started eating however some how 2 or 3 more workers appeared . Lol and making more fries for drive thru orders . But over all enjoyed our meal.

It's better than it used to be. I'm glad because I always liked this location. I got their new LTO burger. I have no idea who made it, but they did a phenomenal job.

This place is mehh. Our order was about 75% correct it was served to us poorly wrapped in basically a grocery bag. The cashier lady we worked with was very... We got the impression we definitely were not welcome.

My wife and I just tried the Wagyu burger at the Bremen, GA Arbys.It was by far the worst burger I have had from a fast food restaurant, My border collie enjoyed it,but at over 17 dollars, he will not be having it again. Unfortunately I will not returning to this establishment

The woman taking orders, shift lead ir manager, had a rude tone to her voice. She got my order wrong and when I came in to order the stuff she forgot she gave me a dirty look. The woman working the fryer was friendly and had a smile on her face.
