Jack's

Excellent! I've never went to Jack's much since this one was built here, but that has definitely changed. The selection was excellent, the service friendly and polite, not to mention the prices were much better than my old place to get breakfast. Yes, Jack's has specials, but they didn't over charge me for a sausage biscuit, and their gravy and biscuit was perfectly packaged and easy to eat even when using drive through. My new one stop place for a great breakfast!

The food is so darn good but it seems that condiments on the burgers are so excessive or do they just do me like that??! I'd enjoy my sandwich so much more if it weren't slipping, sliding and dripping everywhere. How I wish I had a photo, but grabbing a camera with condiment covered hands doesn't seem practical. Lol. :-)

Service was nice, drive thru moves quickly. I just didn't feel that the Big BLT stood up to it's name. It had 3 slices of bacon, one tomato, and a dab of shredded lettuce. For $5.13 (sandwich only) I expected a little more bacon and enough tomatoe to cover the sandwich. I wouldn't describe it as big. This rating is mainly based on price and quality.

It was chaotic. The girl at the register must have been new and that's fine. She should have had someone with her because she was struggling bad with the crowd that was in there. The manager on the floor needs to learn not to tell at the employees in front of customers! That is not good leadership! Leadership is talking to them in a small group setting, one on one, or in a more controlled tone and guiding them in their roles in their jobs in the restaurant. We were sitting in the far corner away from the counter and she was telling at her employees. Shame on her!! It also makes for a bad dining experience. I don't want to walk in to a restaurant, whether it's a nice sit down restaurant or a fast food restaurant and hear management yelling! Our order was fixed wrong 3 times! THREE!!! My husband told the person that brought the tray to the counter the first time that it was wrong and they turned around and fixed it wrong two more times!! Then left our extra gravy and biscuits off of our order. *Insert a little sarcasm here* Thanks a lot for a fine night out! NOT!!!
