Hier sollte man alle Kuchen probieren gehen.

Wonderful little cafe in Berlin. My friend and I found this one Saturday morning and loved it. The buffet style breakfast was delicious and the service was great.
I would highly recommend!

I can't believe I forgot to review this last year after I ate here while visiting Berlin. Based on a recommendation from a local, I came here for a hearty breakfast of eggs, bread, cheese and cured meats. Service was friendly and the food was very good. Coffee was nice as well.
It's a bright little spot across from a small park and if I lived in the neighborhood, I imagine I would stop by frequently for some food and coffee.

The lady here is so happy and sweet. The breakfast buffet was very different from an American Buffet. We loved it.

Excellent service, even better food (go for the homemade quiche), and here is my 14-year old's review:
"The service was good, and the food was very tasty. They forgot to give us utensils, but it was fixed fast. The food arrived very fast and warm, and I really liked the food. The dessert (himbeer kuchen) was delicious."
A visit to this neighborhood is not complete with at least one day of breakfast here. They don't have English menus, but you'll have fun figuring it out.
Cheers!

Small and nice place with a good brunch variety. One of a very few places where they even offer croissants. Staff was friendly, coffee was good - what else do you need?
Btw, they had a separate selection of cakes (not included in the brunch though), but peanut caramel cheesecake.... do I really have to say more?!

Went here for brunch today. We were headed to Frida Kahlo, but always like to try a new place so we stopped at Cafe Im Nu.
The tables outside are too small and rickety so we went inside.
Ordered two brunches, a double espresso and cappuccino, and an OJ that tasted like Tang.
Drinks arrived so we headed to the buffet. I grabbed a plate but put it on a table nearby as it had grease on it and the second one had dried food on it. After chipping that off I decided to get a third plate.
Went for some scrambled eggs, but they were all gone so I grabbed a couple chicken wings. Bad idea. They were the last ones in the pan and covered in grease. Also one was burned almost to a crisp and the other one was just shy of raw. And there was no place to place the lid of the heating pan while serving myself.
The rest of the buffet was standard fare - sliced meats and cheeses, muesli, nutella, fruit salad, hard boiled eggs (with caviar on them...yuck!), some cereals. The coffee was nothing special and the interior is dark and cramped.
For €8.50 for brunch, go to Frida Kahlo just a few door down.
Not sure why I didn't give them 1 star.
